General
• I only accept payments via Paypal invoice in USD. All payments are up front. Progress will not start until payment has been processed.
• Commissions are done digitally.
• Descriptions alone are not accepted. Please send an image file.
• I can decline any submitted request without reason.
A. Process
Once a commission request has been submitted.
I will contact you after receiving your request to let you know if I am accepting or declining your request.
We may discuss details of the commission.
Payment is then made up front after reaching an agreement.
B. Revisions
Revisions will only be allowed while your commission is in the sketch phase.
After the commission is complete, I will not redraw any portions or make any changes that were not previously discussed.
C. Rights
ALL COMMISSIONS ARE FOR PERSONAL (NON-COMMERCIAL) USE ONLY.
I retain all rights to my art. I will upload your commission onto my gallery (unless it is a private commission). If you would like to commission, please contact me so we may discuss.
D. Distribution
You may not resell the art/character you have commissioned me for. You can give it as a gift.
You may use the artwork for non-commercial use (i.e: icons, personal prints, headers)
You may not use the artwork for commercial use (i.e: prints, shirts, album art etc.) without my authorization
E. Alterations
Do not edit or trace the commission
Do not remove my signature under any circumstances.
